Track: Summer Dying Fast
Artist: Cradle of Filth
Transcribed: Nocturnal Heartbeat (ghostwhowalks@lightspeed.bc.ca)

1. Note that there may be mistakes, and I may play some parts differently
from others. All corrections and suggestions are welcome.

2. As always with Cradle of Filth songs, there are keyboard intros
and interludes. I have tried my best to capture the original
   sound with the guitar.

3. All the symbols used in this tablature:

pm: palm mute
...: play many times
/: slide

4. For those parts played more than once, please listen to the song itself.
It should be simple to figure out how many times you need to play the
part. And it goes the same for the case when the guitar plays thrills.

Tune down a whole step.

Figure A: Intro guitar riff after the drum solo.
This is a part I'm not really sure about. The guitar sound is a bit fuzzy
here... That's probably why... not really a good excuse, huh? In any case,
this is how I play it; of course, to figure out the rhythm, listen to the
song. In fact, it's quite straightforward. All you need are just blazing
up and down strokes... Anyone kind enough to let me know how it's actually
 done, BIG "THANK YOU".

 Figure C: Keyboard part.
I've said this million times but I'll say it again. As for all the
keyboard parts, it just doesn't sound like the original when played on
guitar... But what can I say? I just wanna play the whole damn song...
 Palm mute all the way.

Then play this twice. Then play this twice.

Figure F: guitar part played with Figure E. Again, just simple power
chords... If you want to fatten up the sound a bit, play those extra notes.

Figure G: After having played all the parts so far once again more or
less, this guitar part comes in. I am not sure exactly how it's played,
but in any case, here it is...

Figure H: Outro. My favorite part of the song. Maybe, one of my favorite
parts of all the CoF songs... excellent melodies... Need I say more? Just
go ahead and play it, will ya? Heavy vibrato and appropriate slide
 won't hurt...

Figure I: Yet, another keyboard part... Unlike the other keyboard I
attempted to tab, I prefer playing this part with bunch of power chords
for some reason... You might want to try this with open chords, though...
